Smith Consulting LLC, Heather helps business owners and leaders gain clarity, stabilize operations, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more sustainable organizations.
Heather’s career has been built around meaningful work: leading teams, developing people, navigating difficult conversations, improving systems, and helping organizations move from overwhelm to action. Her background in nursing leadership and education gives her a unique ability to assess both the human and operational sides of a business.
Through services such as the Business Health Intensive™, leadership support, communication coaching, strategic planning, and workplace problem-solving, Heather partners with organizations to identify what is working, what is strained, and what needs to happen next. Her approach is direct, supportive, and focused on creating practical solutions that leaders can actually implement.
